    Full service design and layouts including plan views, elevations, & product specifications in AutoCAD or Revit depending on your needs. Design layouts, product specifications, and finish selections are based upon programming meetings and collaboration with end users, project managers, and GCs to achieve a design that is functional and comprehensive. Design layouts address program, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirement needs.

  • Purchasing

    Budgeting, value engineering, negotiated, guaranteed maximum price, bid pricing depending on the project guidelines and procurement.

  • Management

    We self perform project management ensuring customer satisfaction. This ensures a single point of contact for coordination with manufacturers, the end user and/or GC regarding field dimensions, submittals, project delivery, schedule, and installation logistics.

  • Installation

    All installation is managed by DES DC ensuring customer satisfaction and greater quality control. This includes installation of scope, punch item coordination, and close-out information. DES DC utilizes local installation firms to perform work.

  • Support

    DES DC’s team provides extended support on all the goods and services that we offer including follow up service visits, product training, and warranty support.

DES DC

Made up of District residents, we are a District-based company. DES DC has the capacity to self perform project management and utilizes regional installers including District based companies for the installation of the products they offer. They have no need for a large warehouse facility, as they maintain no inventory of goods. Purchased goods ship directly from the manufacturer's factory or warehouse to the site of end user. DES DC is dedicated to providing opportunities and employment to the community that we work and live in.
